2. AccountsUser accounts, passwords, and account security are managed by our third-party service provider, GoHighLevel. Please refer to their terms of service and privacy policy for information on account creation, management, and termination.
3. Intellectual PropertyAll content created using the Service, including but not limited to templates, campaigns, and marketing materials, is the sole property of M23 Management, LLC. By using the Service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content for the duration of your subscription. Upon termination of your subscription, all rights to use the content are revoked.
4. Payments and RefundsAll payments for the Service are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time without prior notice.
5. Data Privacy and SecurityWe take data privacy and security seriously. However, as we rely on third-party service providers for various aspects of the Service, please refer to their respective privacy policies for information on data handling, storage, and protection.
6. User ConductYou agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
7. Limitation of LiabilityIn no event shall M23 Management, LLC be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
8. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless M23 Management, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
9. Modifications to TermsWe reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.
10. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
